ELYSEAN Shipping Policy

Every ELYSEAN order is prepared with care before it leaves us. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second notification when it has been dispatched.


Delivery Within Cairo

Standard delivery within Cairo is fulfilled within 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is handled by our trusted local courier partners to ensure your order arrives in the condition it deserves.

Elysean Lumière members receive complimentary delivery on all orders within Cairo for one year from the date of their first purchase.

Elysean Origine members receive complimentary delivery on all orders within Cairo for six months from the date of their first purchase.

For all other orders, a standard delivery fee applies and will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is made.


Delivery Within Egypt

Delivery to addresses outside Cairo is available across Egypt. Orders are fulfilled within 3 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery fees vary by governorate and will be calculated automatically at checkout.


International Shipping

ELYSEAN currently ships to select international destinations. International orders are fulfilled within 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing times. International shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout where possible.

Please note that customs clearance timelines are outside our control. ELYSEAN will provide full tracking information so you can follow your order at every stage of its journey.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking portal. If you have any difficulty tracking your order please contact us at the address below and we will assist you immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

ELYSEAN inspects every order before dispatch. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the item as received. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly and without question.
