ELYSEAN Refund Policy

Every ELYSEAN product is inspected before it leaves us. If something is not right, we will make it right.


Our Commitment

We take complete responsibility for the quality of every product that carries the ELYSEAN name. If your order does not meet the standard you expected, we want to hear from you.


Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return the product must be in its original condition — sealed, undamaged, and in its original packaging exactly as it was received.

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging, as the nature of fragrance products does not allow us to resell them once opened. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

To initiate a return please contact us at ceo@elyseanofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with instructions on how to proceed.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a damaged item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us at ceo@elyseanofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the item and its packaging as received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and with no requirement to return the damaged item.

We ask for the photograph not to create difficulty but to help us improve our packaging and ensure no other customer receives the same experience.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered please contact us at ceo@elyseanofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of what you received. We will dispatch the correct item immediately at no additional cost.


Gift Box Orders

For orders of the ELYSEAN Gift Box — containing the reed diffuser, marble base, and refill — all components must be returned together in their original condition for a return to be accepted. Individual components of the Gift Box cannot be returned separately.


Membership Cards

Elysean Lumière and Elysean Origine membership cards are issued as part of your first qualifying purchase and are non-refundable. In the event that a qualifying order is returned and refunded the associated membership card will be deactivated and the membership benefits will cease from the date of the refund.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
